Refund and Returns Policy for PinkFairyCat

At PinkFairyCat, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make sure your experience is as enjoyable as possible. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below to find out how we can assist you.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

1. Returns:

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pinkfairycat.com@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the items securely, affix the label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Cancelling an Order:

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.
